Intermittent call out that I would love to hear if anyone comes across a book owned by 16th century Exeter physician Francis Bryna (de Brina). He very thoughtfully used a distinctive ownership inscription, and his books were dispersed from c. 1600. This is Bodleian Libraries, 4to i 1 Med.
