- that it shows an absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL attitude if you blame your participants for the problems that you've contributed to yourself by not paying attention to the previous two points! Grrrr

- that you SHOULD keep an eye on your email inbox at the start of your meeting, to troubleshoot problems that your participants are experiencing.
