Elden ring literally has a hidden tutorial area. If you don't find it, it doesn't teach you how to play.

I thought you wanted it to be fine for ALL players and not just new though? the area is not hidden, it's a gaping hole in the ground with an npc outside telling you to go in, it's just so you can skip it if you know already
