I think it's starting to level out. I personally don't care to see everyone's nude body, either. It's why we wear clothing, don'tcha know!
I found a lot of the posts to be full of middle school locker room humor which I had never experienced on twitter and found offensive. Did some muting & blocking. Any social network will have folk one wishes never to see again. That's what mute, block, and lists are for.
