As someone who cannot stand the new wave of TikTok pop-psych nonsense, this is a really good video. You’re not an empath, not everyone you dislike is a narcissist, and people who actually do have personality disorders are not innately evil monsters hiding in plain sight

I beg to differ. I'm an incredible empath: I can almost always tell that someone is mad at me by asking if they're mad at me over and over until they admit it

This video made me realize that the "if you're worried that you're a bad person you probably aren't one" is literally how bad people can shrug off uncertainty of their own character. It's good to be aware of that, thank you for sharing this.
