They can be very helpful, my current ones are great, but it really is just such a gamble and such a process to find the right ones. Abilify only ever made me worse (that’s also the one that caused me to gain so much weight) but now I’m taking something paliperidone based and it’s fucking awesome

Abilify made me antsy as all get out and the one stuck with Seroquel was great for sleep and some mood regulation but always stopped working before my cycle. I'll have to look into the paliperidones!
