I don't like the legal gray area of it all. And it feels like the other side of what some manufacturers are doing in terms of selling you "DLC" to unlock hardware functionality that you basically already have. There's gotta be a compromise to this idea.
Reading this article I guess cheaper doesn't matter if want to go fast, I guess I just don't understand that desire to speed
The normal way would be to just have a govt subsidy for putting the limiter in to make the slow cars way cheaper but Republicans don't allow govt spending, especially on things like that
