lowkey one of the things that shocks me the most about the ps vita is that sony offered basically no first-party support for it beyond gravity rush. the psp got spinoff installments of god of war, jak and daxter, entire series to itself... despite backcompat the vita got basically none of that

i think that more than anything else is maybe what really sunk the vita, what little first-party support it did get almost completely dropped off as soon as sony had the ps4 in its sights
