Heya I’m new here, might I humbly request an explanation of what moderation lists are?

Example bsky.app/profile/gors... They are user generated and maintained lists that you can use to mass mute/block accounts others have found issue with. Because they are user generated you will have to judge for yourself, but I find they are often right on the money as I scroll down someone's feed
