(3) A large number of American whites were absolutely dead set against having a POTUS who is a POC. The birther conspiracy came out of that hate. It’s still perpetuated TO THIS DAY from that rotten soil. And, now, that same hate is being aimed at VP Harris.

(4) And even more American whites had a latent racism that was activated by something they found unacceptable. And, of course, Republicans weren’t going to vote for a Democrat. So, I wonder if the years of being called out and spotlighted hadn’t gone some ways to unhinging the more rabid racists …
