16. Reduce lawns, build (3-season) porches, verandas, gardens, 17. More (not all) regional agroeco veggies, grains, meat, 18. rejuvenate local theaters with stages/as music/performance venues, 19. do away with 90% off advertising and lawyers, etc if we're only looking at the global north/USA...
Heck, folks across the global south know what they need, where to start, but it'll also vary by region/class.
