That is the best caterpillar I've seen in ages! And in the second picture it looks very much like a furry shark. I love it. And very impressed that it's a stinging carpet. It's a tough life for a caterpillar, so bravo.

I enjoy the sobriquet "tragic carpet" so much "danger floof" is good too, brings to mind "danger noodle"/"nope rope" for our venomous chordate legless friends, but "tragic carpet" has _style_
