24. Copying complete within ~5 minutes. Finally done? NO, the save data COPY OVERWRITES THE DLC DATA --> only save data left. 25. Open up eShop and redownload all the DLC again ~1h 45min. 26. Reupdate the game again ~1 hour. 27. Not there yet, hopefully all complete!

22. Connect HDD to WiiU, power it up, power up WiiU. 23. At this point, I have the 10 GB DLC data downloaded AND installed on HDD. Now I just need to Copy the save data from Internal Storage to HDD.

19. Go to Data Management, open the SSD data, open Xenoblade Chronicles X data, delete DLC data which is 10 GB. 20. After ~5minutes, data deletion is complete. Prepare to copy the save data that is left to Internal WiiU storage. 21. Transfer complete. Power down WiiU, disconnect SSD.

17. SSD no longer detected in Data Management. Power down WiiU, power down SSD and disconnect all cables from it. 18. Reconnect all the cables on SSD enclosure, connect to WiiU, power up WiiU (no game disc anymore inserted).

14. Connect the SSD, boot the WiiU 15. Go to Data Management, open the SSD data, open Xenoblade Chronicles X data, delete the DLC data which is 10 GB. 16. Get error that no power, try removing the game disc from the game, restart Wiiu. So eject the game disc, power down WiiU and reboot.

11. Shutdown WiiU, disconnect SSD, keep HDD connected, boot WiiU, insert Xenoblade game disc and boot the game. 12. Wait for 1 hours for update installation. 13. After installation shutdown the game, shutdown the WiiU, disconnect the HDD

10. Shutdown WiiU, boot with both external hard drives connected and check what the hell is going on. Same problem still. Notice that it must mean that the DLC was downloaded, but not installed yet.

8. After 2 hours, boot WiiU with only the SSD connected. 9. Open DataManagement on Settings, and try to modify Xenoblade Chronicles X data --> can't, shows as update is in progress.

6. Clearly trying to copy 11 GB data seems to fail. Test that I can still download DLC from eShop to my HDD. Shut WiiU and only connect HDD to console. 7. One by one start DLC download from eShop, taking ~2 hours, (this was a mistake, you will learn later).

3. Connect both drives to WiiU via USB and external power and power up WiiU. 4. Trying to copy the data from SSD to external HDD storage, cannot --> disc inserted error. 5. Trying to copy the data from SSD to external HDD storage, cannot --> 150-3032 power error.
