Defending the Archive starts with not getting sued into oblivion as a result of believing you organization isn't subject to copyright law. Maybe you're not aware of how many supporters you've let down Kale's arrogant crusade, but the number is not zero.

Internet Archive helped me a LOT when I was studying Literature with your archives. Like dictionaries and old books we don’t find anywhere. And I’m from Brazil and always used Internet Archive in my graduation
