It’s our core competency.
I’m not surprised that a man like Trump exists, I’m surprised that millions still follow this odious fraud.
We can certainly agree to disagree, but it’s an area that I have direct experience so I was just sharing my perspective. I did read the article and feel for those folks, but have seen specific losses drive the prices we are seeing now across the country.
Away from the coasts and wildfire prone areas. I purchase reinsurance regularly in my job and I’ve found it still to be a competitive marketplace. My experience is the (non-medical) insurance market is healthily driven by real world factors and competition, vs a nefarious push to feudalism.
No, I did? I’m not blaming folks looking for affordable homes, but insurance is like a swimming pool - throw a boulder into it (building/rebuilding in hazard areas) and the water line rises for everyone. All of us are paying for those losses regardless of geography.
There is significant capacity and competition in the insurance sector. The issue is folks are rebuilding houses right where they were destroyed with the costs subsidized by the NFIP. Until people are rightfully forced to relocate to safer areas after a loss prices will continue to up.
This is a serious speech, you have to respect that a remaster will be part of her agenda.
Beautiful
Ouch. This will be the year, you’ll see.
