No right to air ads with misinformation that could negatively impact health outcomes for pregnant women, so Trump 2024 ads are right out then eh?
But the government *is* using (or abusing) that power despite the ostensible protection of the Constitution. So having that freedom is illusionary in a sense. A "good government" won't pull this shit. That in part is why many want certain speech to be prohibited by such a "good government."

sanitary nuisance!? Maybe before they go after the advertising, they should explain why they are spending money to lie on websites & pamphlets they pay the crisis centers to give to women. But then they stopped reporting on maternal deaths so its not like women matter.
