You can support the Palestinian cause (I do!), and blame Israel for the situation in Gaza. Perhaps you believe Palestinians have the right to resist with violence. But if you're cheering the mass murder and kidnap of Israeli families and kids in their homes then your moral compass is fucked.

Can we agree that anyone who has ignored the decades of cases in which Israel did this to Palestinian people has an equally fucked moral compass? Because I suspect you’re fine with one and not the other if the only time you speak up is when the violence is going in one direction.

Absolutely no-one should be cheering those things, hard agree. I will always be suspicious of what might be propaganda spread by governments too, and there's a definite interest for them to do so. Non-combatants should never, ever be targeted in any conflict, at any time, in any situation, IMO.

I've yet to hear any reporting about the nature of the targets struck by Hamas other than what appear to be random.
