"Craig Martin, who chairs the National Exploring Program, said one way to keep young people safe is the requirement that adults working with Explorers attend a Youth Protection Training at least every two years." They are cops. They shouldn't need special training to know not to rape kids.

"But the Boy Scouts carved out an exception to the 'two-deep' rule for police ride-alongs in Explorer programs." Boy Scouts remove rule protecting kids from being abused; kids get abused. What the fuck did they THINK would happen?!
