I talked about this with my National voting, property developer son He said two things: 1) I hope the current gov will continue with building these homes, it makes sense 2) Wish it was realistic for us to build like that, what we’re doing wears out fast even though we don’t rent to families

Build cost of $5000/sq m for basic is bad news if that’s not sustainable
