I'm currently in a game dev course and I was given a project to recreate an older game as practice and I made the dumb choice to remake og re2. The inventory system has my head spinning with math.

Good luck on that, wouldn't recommend working with matrixes, they are hard to program and more so with that amount of variability and customability as it has been offered on RE2.
