Here are all the NPCs I got the pleasure to design for MIDST - MOONWARD! It was a blast and super nice to work on some sci-fi 1/2

"Scavengers Reign is one of the brightest stars to have shone across the sci-fi landscape; to see it end now would be a crime." Yes. www.denofgeek.com/tv/scavenger...
Scavengers Reign is one of the brightest stars to have shone across the sci-fi landscape; to see it end now would be a crime. Will Netflix rescue it?
these are just examples of how the true source of the burnout means entirely different approaches, which is why self-examining exactly what caused the 'burnout' in the first place is most important. It is far too complex to give full advice in a microblog service.
If it's anxiety in nature (ie: if you find yourself 'talking yourself out of' things you want to draw for one reason or another ) you have to address the issues surrounding the anxiety, and give yourself the space to draw anything you want without being hung up on the perception of it.
If it's dissatisfaction of one's own skill/ability, taking wildly different approaches to your work can help with that. Experimenting with different tools, programs, mediums and so on can revitalize one's skill/ability. Gesture drawing exercises also really helps with this.
what one needs to do for burnout depends on what the -source- of the burnout is in the first place. If it's depression-related, avoiding the art won't help. If it's depression, spending too much time avoiding it can lead to making it worse. Tending to the depression itself needs to happen.
If you are in Pain, it completely reasonable. Rest is just as much important as is the activity. Taking a break is not 'quitting', it's a sensible assessment of your limits to prevent injury. I don't see why not
