yes but "anthropo" etymologically means "relating to humankind or human beings," so it wouldn't work for extraterrestrials; however, biology as a field also involves the study of animal behavior, aka culture, so "Exobiology" would most definitely work. An alternative is "Exocoliology" but that's-

not as intuitively graspable by laypeople, and has a chance of coming off as pretentious. "Exocoliology" would come from the Latin "colere" which stands for "cultivation;" sharing the same etymological root as "culture." I opted for "Exobiology" because it's easier to understand and plausibly used
