There should be some way to “gamify” work. Ie you get XP for responding to emails, submitting a report, helping a colleague etc. Lose some for; ie; a bad suggestion in abetting. Just lots of frequent and addictive dopamine hits.

I’ve done this. Giving myself points for certain things and taking some away from others, increasing the point value for an action if I needed more motivation, and then rewarding myself with a “prize” at a certain pre-determined “score”
