Switzerland does do that apparently!
That Swiss tax is interesting. Relatively high. But also seems to be on its way out. www.ubs.com/ch/en/privat...
And the Netherlands, I think, though at a low level. But in general, I guess it's a tax that is more beloved by economists than by politicians.
And has the lowest homeownership rate in the developed world
