how do y'all deal with burnout? I feel like I'm going insane after such a wild 2 months and then feeling this deflated so quickly

Try to do something you haven't done in awhile. You could try journaling your thoughts. Or simply driving/walking around. These are all things I try to do but I know the struggle. Just remember it's ok to do nothing sometimes
