They sure do need to motivate ppl... like me! bc I sure am not feeling it right now and the comments to this post have sounded mostly like threats or trivialization of war atrocities etc

The comments like those you cite, are exactly what scares most reasonable folks out of being in politics! I hope you find something in this election that's worth your time. I do think its still worth voting. Doesn't matter who captures your fancy, every non-vote makes all other votes worth more.
