There's so many good things in the new show. Frankly the best part is that it's not the old show. It's still MLP but it's not the old show. It gets to be wonderful on it's own. That's... hard with people who don't understand you can't have the same feeling forever. It's just not possible.
I'm just sayin maaaaaybe people should give GURPS a shot. Seriously. Once you understand the toolkit it's every setting you could want. It's Steve Jackson's passion project since 19 freaking 86 and he's still working on it 38 years later. It's beautiful guys.
They even recreated THE scene from the comics, the most iconic scene of all spiderman time, trapped under all that rubble. The stakes and context are different but the homage was there,
God I had forgotten how GOOD the structure of Spiderman homecoming was. Like this the goofy Peter I remember from the old books. But there's more. The villain used and thrown away by those with power. Peter desperately trying to squash similar feelings within his own heart. There's so much here.
I mean... same here which explains it failing but I figured that I didn't know bc i HATE the hero shooter genre, and all associated including DOTA. Also I figured i was totally out of touch. Didn't know star wars outlaws was comin out till my hubby bought it... good game btw.

The funny thing is a lot of the mechanics actually eerily remind me of like... simplified Metal Gear Solid 5 and that's not a bad thing!
It was the 5th most downloaded game on Playstation the month of release and it came out at the end of the month. I don't know what kind of sales they were expecting but this great game is not a flop. Though pc sales are limited by being EPIC games exclusive.
