First time tasting beefsteak fungus, they are gorgeous and the textures look a lot like meat :o tastes kinda sour and it's very soft, it would be excellent in a creamy peppersauce
That third pic is actually it cooked up? It's a really fascinating texture, like if someone tried drawing meat based on a description and had never seen it before.
