Amy "Virtuosity" Rose, the Haunted Painter: A formerly cheerful painter, now the carrier of a terrible knowledge about her world's true nature and guilt. Even carrying most of the curse's burden never eased her guilt, and so, she does everything under her power to make amends.
Cream the Rabbit, Hope with Tears: Even if the curse doesn't let her feel joy, she and her trusty Chao, Cheese, do their best to be active beacons of hope. But truly, Cream never can stop mourning the loss of her and her friends' joy.
Sonic the Hedgehog, A Lost Grin: Try as he might, he's hopelessly lost and confused over a situation he can't barrel through to stop it from affecting his friends. He feels all he can do about the curse situation is make it sound not as bad to others.
