I don’t mind a logic-fail Bollywood masala occasionally, so I went! But Netflix is the streaming partner so it would be soon available. It is basically a Salman Khan action movie with Shahrukh in the lead, taking jibes at Modi l. I really needed something like that!
SRK had tried this in “Phir Bhi Dil Hai Hindustani” through comedy, but if I remember well, it didn’t do well. Naseeruddin Shah’s thriller “A Wednesday” is a really good movie in this genre. Keep your logical brains outside the hall. Take your popcorn.
on the common people - many plot points ripped off headlines and wonderfully repurposed. The angry man is back. Reminiscent of Bachchan movies where the enraged common person takes the system to task breaking laws.
