Again purely speculative but I think her dissenting opinion in Qatar v UAE might give you a glimpse to the way she might analyze whether the dispute falling within the scope ratione materiae of the Genocide Convention.
It will be available on their website shortly but I suspect she’s dissenting on jurisdiction.
The topic of our co-authored piece, the use of #military#AI#targeting, particularly the deployment of semiautonomous decision-making support systems, is one of the biggest challenges to the regulation of contemporary warfare under international law and one that deserves more scrutiny!
