it is noble to approach others first with reason, but if they refuse to be reasonable, force becomes necessary to stop them from harming others.
it's also unclear if this change allows the algorithm to endanger people by serving their tweets to the people they've blocked, passively giving abusers opportunities to harass them when they otherwise wouldn't.
there are additional technical consequences besides simply being able to see posts (without having to log out or create a seperate account for spying), that the change allows for, like malicious false-reports from someone's main account, and potentially direct quote-tweeting to their followers.

ty, yea i'm just gonna hold off on getting any food or drinks with my debit card until i can pay down a credit card enough to use those instead; at least then i'm more protected if it happens again. maybe i'll use one card per store to run an experiment to determine the culprit.
i support almost every other possible change, including raising all-day pricing, taxes on vehicle weight, and emissions based pricing or restrictions, diverting city funds from other areas to transit, etc. i just can't in principle support time-of-day variable pricing.
