Read the first two Dresden Files books and they are entertaining but.... I dont think the writing is that great? Does it get better? Are they just fun books vs great books? I see this series listed with a lot of other "great" fantasy series and I'm a bit surprised.
I know this is an unpopular opinion but I watched the Barbie movie and I did not like it. It was ok but not really entertaining for kids or adults imo. I felt like someone was screaming "this is a message, I'm making a statement!!" The whole time I was watching.
