A lot of rich white men and powerful corporations are going to be stoked at the Chevron ruling. For the rest of us, who like to breathe safe air and drink clean water, it's a disaster. This is a Supreme Court for the rich and powerful, not for the people.

Remember, Chevron was originally a case that said the EPA didn’t have to follow the Clean Air Act and could implement its own, lesser, regulations. Now that they are doing it to get cleaner air, it’s evil.

Any way somebody can expedite a case taking most of the drugs off the DEA's Drug Schedule using the Chevron ruling?

Or drive safe cars. Or take safe medicines. etc.
