For me I often forget I'm trans... I did the thing, I've transitioned, and the only reason I remember is bc I fret about affording T. It's not a weight on my mind or a burden on my shoulders. Even when it's not specifically a joy as you put it, it's just... what I am. The only thing that hurts abt-

being trans is seeing the constant stream of hatred and misinformation, and worrying about trans kids who now might have to grow up the way I did- afraid, alone, and thinking they're a one off freak of nature.
