We absolutely do prosecute people for leaking classified information.

There doesn't need to be an international law, if it leaks from the US it gets prosecuted in the US. 18 USC 793 covers this like a blanket.

Disclosing info classified as “top secret” may have direct implication on >your< own safety. Or someone’s, anyone’s. It’s not a good idea to cheer for these leaks. They are “top secret” for a serious reason.
