Elden Ring is not a game it’s an investment in feeling superiority for beating a game 99% of human beings don’t know the first thing about.
Spamming likes and slipping on wet rocks. 10/10 game.
I do love the mechanic of a fully cooperative system of helping each other. Kojima sensei making us play nice and succeeding in a world of competitive, angry gamers is truly the feat of a visionary. The hero we need but don’t deserve.
I only just started it after taking way too long to get a PS5, and so far I’m enthralled but constantly feel like an ant trying to understand theoretical quantum mechanics. It’s a gorgeous game though, truly a work of art.
The more confused I am, the better tbh. I offer my brain for the Kojima bbq whenever possible.
My general rule of thumb regarding Kojima is simple: let. him. cook.
