These are so much better than the cutesy children I'm seeing depicted today. Were they the norm back then or have you selected only the best examples?

Lovely shot, but is that all floodlit? That's a massive amount of unnecessary light pollution that benefits no-one beyond random night-owl photographers, wastes power, hides the night sky and harms nocturnal wildlife. Love the photo. Hate the environmental cost.

HJK & L for the win. I've never used a numpad when playing NetHack. However I don't think I'd criticise a keyboard for having one.

Landscape (horizontal) I think. The words are less important than the image and a vertical logo is not unusual.

There's definitely something there but I need to learn more about PixInsight's WBPP script as it's throwing lots of errors while it works. Unless there's an easier tool!

Been collecting data on the Pelican nebula over 3 nights with a OSC CCD. Can't see any evidence of it in the subs so I'm hoping my first time stacking multiple days data in PixInsight will reveal something. Else I've wasted 3 clear nights! Fingers crossed....

I moved the family PC onto Linux Mint in the mid-to-late 2000's (and didn't tell them). Mostly it was ok until we bought the kids a cheap digital camera and I couldn't get it working on Linux. Gave up and returned to Windows.

You're going to solve the misinformation problem? Fantastic! Though I feel it might take you some time.

Welcome. I'm also in the process of moving away from Twitter, though I keep relapsing! I'm a software engineer keen on astronomy, gadgets and woodworking. I think I'd be interested in your feed. Sometimes opinionated but always polite.
