He's trying to humanize himself because he expects to be president during 45s second term.
I think he's more of a unifying bridge between the wealthy theocratic authoritarians and the wealthy technocratic authoritarians.

This is what gets me about these last 3 (ughhh) trump elections, that everyone just keeps pretending he and his people are regular humans. I hate it so much. Like when my mom asks if I'm watching the debates, I just can't. Hearing Trump or Vance speak makes me ill.
