Although 187 of 196 states have signed the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty and 178 have ratified it, the treaty will only come into full force once China, Egypt, India, Iran, Israel, North Korea, Pakistan, and the United States sign _and_ ratify it. www.ctbto.org/our-mission/...
