Send the College Football Playoff committee results backs to the state legislatures

I'm perplexed at why FSU doesn't seek legal remedy. At least an injunction. All hell is going to break loose anyway after this, I think the gloves are going to come off between the CFP, NCAA and the Power 5. So why not take it to court and fight this. It's pretty clear that the committee cheated.
