Tomorrow, SCOTUS will hear Moore v US, a case aiming to end a wealth tax based on a tale of woe told by retired do-gooders blindsided by a hefty tax bill. There's just one problem -- that tale is a lie. And it's not the first time SCOTUS has indulged fiction.

SCOTUS is making major decisions based on outright lies

A case aiming to get rid of a wealth tax is just the latest example of justices indulging right-wing make believe.

If you tell SCOTUS the lie(s) they've told you they want to hear, they'll give you the decision you want to take to the bank...

This literally made me sick to my stomach. Can't believe all that's going on and going wrong. WE MUST ENSURE THAT PEOPLE VOTE, HOLD REPUBLICANS ACCOUNTABLE, AND WE GET THIS COUNTRY BACK IN EVERY WAY FROM THESE SICK BASTARDS.

I, like every other homeowner in the country, pay a property tax on the unrealized value of my home and lot. If the rax on the Moores is unconstitutional, so is my property tax.

When they straight up lied about the basic details involving the football coach school prayer case I knew they had crossed the Rubicon.

When did moot court become the Supreme Court?

I haven’t loved Scotus since Bush-Gore. But the degree to which this Scotus is openly corrupt, and venal is really very startling.
