1/x. Until legislation or judicial decisions prohibit these kinds of agreements, there may be recourse for consumers. Many of the companies who allege the existence of clickwrap arbitration agreements don’t have evidence to prove the specific agreement between themselves and a particular consumer.

This is such baloney. We need laws to prevent companies from doing this to us with clickwrap agreements.
