Not really sure what I'm getting at to be honest 😺 I think I'm just trying to figure out for myself why I don't use this platform, or Masto, or Threads, or Tumblr, or any of the other ones. Life is calmer without them! I like it. (4/4)

And like, it's a weird thought, because I almost have to thank Elon for fucking Twitter up so bad that I left it, and had time to think about what it was actually doing for me (or taking from me). I don't even know why I frequented it, it gave me nothing but stole my happiness for hours on end (2/n)
When Bluesky first came out, I was like "Great !! Now I have somewhere to let out my Twitter-y thoughts,," but since then I've learned that I don't have Twitter-y thoughts and that I feel a million times better just not engaging with most social media (1/n)
