I'd be worried if I worked in publishing; in a lot of 'soft skill' professions, really. Senior staff remain irreplaceable cos developed intuition & relationships. But lots of 'starter jobs' can be replaced by AI. If there's no way for replacement staff to gain experience/learn, the sector withers!

This is why some companies stopped outsourcing IT support. You outsource 1st line to another country, and it saves you money, right up until you have to hire new 2nd line folk and can't promote any of your 1st line people
