Awesome, does the same logic of bitrates apply to recoding? # of bits per frame? And for exporting edited videos??? So theoretically a 1080p30 video would do well in recording and exporting at a bitrate of 6000?

All the same info does apply. If you are doing personal recordings and want more frames though, you need to increase bitrate to keep up with it.
