You understand the difference between logical and physical right? Even if a block can be represented as a relation that doesn't mean that it *is* one. As soon as the blocker's repo is gone, so is the block.

The block is not gone. If you unblocked, then deleted your account, it's gone. The relation is still there even tho the account might not be.
