My brain this morning: “They guarantee their support? They guarantee the promise? If you have a promise, do you need a guarantee?”

Just heard from a client that I was one of a team who missed an inconsistency on a book cover proof. Knowing others missed it too isn’t helping much! I do know that I need to focus less on how long my reviews are taking and just be deliberate.
