Haha, I did not make myself very clear this morning. I actually had a meeting at this Hotel (a chemistry department retreat). So is Facebook reading my e-mail inbox or computer activity, or did it just notice an uptick in people going to the hotel?

Facebook is creepy. This ad shows up. Why would I stay in a hotel just down the street from where I live? I have an e-mail in my inbox that I have a meeting there today.

Interestingly we had a survey about what challenges/opportunities our new provost will face. I wrote about 1.5 pages..... one of the first predictions was they will have to face decreased government funding. And voila!

I bought myself a stuffed toy river otter (because I'm an adult, and can do whatever I want), and I keep on seeing it out of the corner of my eye and getting startled.

My first time meeting a bovine:

My dad holding me as a baby to meet a red cow with horns. My dad is wearing a CAT (tractors) ballcap, and I am wearing a blue beanie.

Something that haunts me.... behind my childhood house (arrow on the satellite photo) was a magical forest (in the circled area). It even had a beach. I barely have any photos to remember it by. The sewage treatment plant was built on top of it. But I often find myself there in my dreams.
