I recently walked out of a car dealer after we agreed upon a price and they put an offer sheet down that required a loan with 10% down and a 5 yr/13% payment period. I had told him I was planning to put 40% down and wanted 3 yr term. He promised I could pay it off early, which I am sure was a lie.
